Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping cost
We charge a flat rate of $8.99 per order, no matter how many items you buy.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Our products ship from partner warehouses, some of which are located overseas. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak holiday seasons.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show updates while your package is in transit.
Multiple packages
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and there's no extra charge.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us. We'll work with you to find it or make it right.
