Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Every order ships with tracking, and we'll email your tracking number as soon as it ships. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can happen around holidays, so please order early for gifts and seasonal items.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email cozypawsco.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only update it before your order ships.
