All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or limited stock. If we cancel after payment, you'll be refunded in full.

Payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. By ordering, you confirm you're authorized to use your payment method. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

7. Pet safety
Our products are intended for household pets under reasonable supervision. Choose the right size for your pet, supervise your pet with any new toy or product, and stop using any item that becomes damaged or worn. Grooming products are for external use only; if your pet shows irritation, stop use and consult your veterinarian. We aren't responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse of our products.

Content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Cozy Paws Co. or its content suppliers and may not be reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Paws Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Our store runs on Shopify, and we use trusted third parties for payments and order fulfillment, whose own terms may also apply.
